OBN will analyse your existing environment and arrange for all email, calendar and contact data to be migrated to the new Google Workspace system.

As part of this process we provide advice on housekeeping, as often not all data is required to be moved to the new system.

As standard we perform all migrations outside of business hours to minimise the impact on your business.

File Migration

OBN will analyse your existing file storage solution and recommend best practice approaches for migration to the Google Workspace shared files area.

OBN can migrate data from multiple locations, all performed outside of business hours as standard.

OBN will provide best practice advice and support for the structure of your new Google Workspace shared drives file storage, including how to setup permissions and sharing options.

Google Workspace has many security options built in. OBN provides advice and support to ensure your new Google Workspace environment is secure but still easy to access for your staff.

Minimise Downtime

As standard we perform all migrations outside of business hours if possible. Normally we will commence migration on a Friday evening, with the aim to complete the majority of the data migration by Monday morning.

This helps minimise downtime for your business, our support desk is also open 24/7 for support during and after the migration of the data.
